DiskCleanKit is a Mac disk cleaning and optimization utility application designed to help users:

Flexible Pricing Model

DiskCleanKit operates on a flexible pricing model:

• Included Features: The Smart Uninstaller feature is always included with no limitations. Other features offer a limited trial period.
• 14-Day Trial: All premium features are available during a 14-day trial so you can evaluate the app before purchasing.
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features requires a paid subscription. Mac App Store offers monthly ($1.99/month), yearly ($6.99/year), and lifetime ($12.99) options. The standalone app (diskcleankit.com) offers yearly and lifetime options only.

Payments are processed securely through the Apple Mac App Store or Paddle (for standalone purchases from diskcleankit.com). Prices are displayed in your local currency. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (App Store) or via your Paddle purchase receipt email (standalone). No Paddle account required.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use DiskCleanKit on devices that you own or control.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute or share your subscription with unauthorized users

When using DiskCleanKit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing files before deletion
• You should maintain regular backups of important data
• Deleted files may not be recoverable
• The App requires certain system permissions to function (Full Disk Access for comprehensive scanning)
• Results may vary based on your system configuration

DiskCleanKit is designed with privacy in mind:

• All file scanning and cleaning operations are performed locally on your Mac
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal files or data
• No user data is sent to external servers

• Warranties regarding specific amounts of disk space recovery

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiskCleanKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of DiskCleanKit.

If you downloaded DiskCleanKit from the Mac App Store, your use is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple Mac App Store. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple App Store terms, the Apple App Store terms shall prevail for App Store purchases.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App.

DiskCleanKit offers refunds through two channels depending on where you purchased:

Standalone App (diskcleankit.com)

• 30-Day Guarantee: All standalone purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.
• How to Request: Use the link in your Paddle purchase receipt email, or visit paddle.net and enter your email. No Paddle account required.
• Processing: Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Mac App Store

• 14-Day Trial: We offer a 14-day trial so you can evaluate all premium features before purchasing.
• Refund Requests: All App Store refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
• How to Request: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
• Processing: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies and may take 5-7 business days.
