Flexible Pricing Model

DiskCleanKit operates on a flexible pricing model:

• Included Features: The Smart Uninstaller feature is always included with no limitations. Other features offer a limited trial period.
• 14-Day Trial: All premium features are available during a 14-day trial so you can evaluate the app before purchasing.
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features requires a paid subscription starting from $1.99/month (monthly, yearly, or lifetime options available up to $12.99).

All payments are processed securely through the Apple Mac App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use DiskCleanKit on devices that you own or control.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MITSoftwareLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of DiskCleanKit.

Your use of DiskCleanKit is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple Mac App Store. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple App Store terms, the Apple App Store terms shall prevail.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App.
