DiskCleanKitはユーザーデータを収集、保存、送信しません。

お客様のデータはお客様のものであり、お客様のデバイス上に留まるべきだと考えています。すべてのクリーニングと最適化操作は、インターネット接続やサーバーへのデータ送信なしに、お客様のMac上でローカルに実行されます。

1.1 ローカル処理のみ

DiskCleanKitは、すべてのクリーニングと最適化操作を完全にMac上で実行します：

• すべてのファイルスキャンはローカルで行われ、データをどこにも送信しません
• クリーニング操作は完全にお客様のデバイス上で実行されます
• ファイルやデータがサーバーにアップロードされることはありません
• 必要に応じてアプリは完全にオフラインで動作します

1.2 Subscription Management

Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Paddle (standalone purchases):

• App Store purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Standalone purchases are processed through Paddle as our payment provider
• Payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Paddle respectively
• We never see or store your payment details
• Apple's or Paddle's Privacy Policy applies to transaction data
• Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit or Paddle's licensing system

DiskCleanKitはMac上にのみローカルにデータを保存します：

3.1 Appleサービス

DiskCleanKitは、必須機能のためにAppleサービスと統合します：

3.2 No Other Third Parties

DiskCleanKit does not integrate with or share data with any other third-party services:

• No analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• No crash reporting services
• No advertising networks
• No social media integrations
• No email marketing services
• Payments handled by Apple (App Store) or Paddle (standalone) only

Since we don't collect any data, you have complete control:

• Full Control: All data stays on your device under your control
• No Requests Needed: No need to request data access or deletion from us
• Complete Removal: Uninstalling the app removes all local data
• Subscription Management: Manage subscriptions through Apple's App Store settings
• No Account: No account creation or registration required

Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Paddle (standalone):

• Available Plans: App Store: Monthly Pro ($1.99/month), Yearly Pro ($6.99/year), Lifetime Pro ($12.99 one-time). Standalone (diskcleankit.com): Yearly Pro and Lifetime Pro only.
• 14-Day Trial: 14-day trial available
• App Store Billing: App Store charges appear on your Apple account
• Standalone Billing: Standalone purchases are processed by Paddle
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through App Store settings or via your Paddle purchase receipt
• Refunds: App Store refunds via Apple; standalone purchases have a 30-day money-back guarantee
• No Personal Data: We never receive your payment information

For App Store subscriptions: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For standalone: use the link in your Paddle purchase receipt email or visit paddle.net.

DiskCleanKitには以下が必要です：

DiskCleanKitは、児童を含む誰からも情報を収集しません。データを一切収集しないため、アプリはユーザーを年齢で区別しません。

DiskCleanKitはModel Context Protocol（MCP）をサポートし、AIアシスタントとのオプションの統合を可能にします。

9.1 仕組み

MCPはMac上で完全にローカルに実行されます。この機能はオプションであり、使用するには手動でAIクライアント（Claude Desktopなど）を設定する必要があります。設定しない限り、AIはアプリのデータにアクセスできません。

• MCP Support: DiskCleanKit supports MCP, allowing compatible AI clients to connect
• User-Initiated Connection: AI clients do not connect automatically. You must manually configure your AI client (e.g., add DiskCleanKit to Claude's settings.json) to enable the connection
• Local Communication: MCP uses local communication (stdio) with no direct network connection from DiskCleanKit
• No Auto-Discovery: AI assistants cannot discover or connect to DiskCleanKit without your explicit configuration

9.2 データアクセス

有効にすると、AIアシスタントはスキャン結果、ディスク使用統計、アプリの状態などの情報を読み取る可能性があります。すべてのデータはMac上でローカルに保持されます。MCPはDiskCleanKitがアクセスできる以上のものにアクセスすることはありません。

• Disk usage statistics and storage information
• Scan results and cleaning recommendations
• File metadata (names, sizes, paths) for identified junk files
• System performance metrics (RAM, disk space)

9.3 サードパーティAIプロバイダー

MCPをAIアシスタントと共に使用することを選択した場合、データはそのプロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーの対象となります。使用前にAIプロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーを確認してください。DiskCleanKitは使用するAIサービスにデータを送信する責任を負いません。

• AI Processing: Connected AI assistants may send accessed data to their servers for processing
• Third-Party Policies: We do not control how third-party AI services process your data. Their respective privacy policies apply
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of AI services you choose to connect
• Anthropic (Claude): If using Claude, review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy

9.4 あなたの管理

MCP統合を有効にするかどうかを完全に管理できます。AIアシスタントはアプリに変更を加えることなく、情報を読み取ることのみ可能です。いつでもAIクライアント設定からMCP設定を削除することで統合を無効にできます。

• Disabled by Default: MCP is turned off by default. You must enable it in DiskCleanKit settings before any AI assistant can connect
• Opt-In Only: No AI assistant can access DiskCleanKit unless you explicitly configure it
• Easy Removal: Remove DiskCleanKit from your AI client's configuration to disconnect
• No Persistent Connection: MCP connections only exist while both apps are running
• Full Transparency: All MCP interactions happen through your configured AI client

このプライバシーポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。変更があった場合は、更新された「最終更新日」とともにこのページに掲載されます。お客様の連絡先情報を収集していないため、変更を直接お知らせすることはできません。このポリシーを定期的にご確認ください。

変更が掲載された後もDiskCleanKitを継続してご利用いただくことで、更新されたポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

DiskCleanKitは、設計によりGDPR（欧州）およびCCPA（カリフォルニア）規制に準拠しています：

• 個人データなし：|個人データを一切処理しません
• 同意不要：|データを収集しないため、同意メカニズムは不要
• 削除する権利：|すべてのデータはデバイス上にあり、アンインストール時に削除されます
• データ転送なし：|国際的なデータ転送は発生しません
